1. Right to Free Speech
2. To exercise freedom of speech means to speak freely without censors or limits. It is to be able to say whatever you want to say with no consequences or repercussions.
3. Legal systems and most of society recognize limitations on the freedom of speech. The freedom of speech is mostly limited when it conflicts with other values or rights like "hate speech". These limitations can happen through legal sanction and/or social disapprobation.
4. These limitations exist because there are social standards and expectations that help to limit them. People don't want their children to be exposed to some words or things and a lot of people don't even want to hear it themselves. Without the limitations, there would be much more violence and crime because people would be saying things that they wouldn't normally say.
5. I think that this is the most important right we have and that no right could replace this right.
6. The right of freedom of speech exists because people grew tired of being silenced by the government and want to be able to voice their true opinion without having to be in fear.
